Try shooting it with open sights. Your scope or mounts could be bad. I'm assuming you are using a scope but you didn't say????

Does it do it with other bullets?

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the help. My Applegate, Oregon muzzleloader season opens the 12th. Our gang of hunters all have Knight Bighorns and disc extremes(western conversion kits) with Williams peeps and Dans 460 No excuses bullets. We have already seen some 140+ class true blacktails. I'm after the 150 class myself. I will post pics of the harvest soon I hope..Thanks again for all the help.
Maybe your Williams peep is loose,
Are you swabbing between shots?
What Range are you shooting at?
And as was said other bullets shoot bad to?

You may have a stock to barrel contact issue as well as the other suggestion of loose sighting aparatus.

I recently had a member send me his Big Horn for about the same reasons... His stock was pinching the heck out of the barrel.
