Gonna be out of touch for a while

Well guys, I am off the Texas bright an early in the morning. Going on an archery bison and hog hunt.
See you all in about a week or so. Long drive.

Sounds like a great time. Take lots of pictures. And good luck hunting. Wow!! a Bison. I'd love to hunt one of them with a flintlock rifle.

Good tasting meat too.

Good luck and safe traveling. Bison with a flintlock is on my 'to do' list. Make sure you take plenty of pics and share upon your return.

I hope you have a big truck and a large frezer to pull all that meat back with. Good luck, Tom.

A small freezer chest and a generator mounted on a trailer are nice on long out of state trips back home.

We have one of those small Honda generators and do exactly what you posted. It sure makes it alot easier overall. And allows you to keep all your meat.

A trailer can be a hassle at times. But I know I always pull one when we go out West. I am always the driver. Simply because I like to drive.

I did learn the hard way that it is smart to have two spare tires for your trailer. Especially because the are pretty cheap. And will help you out of a real jam if you get in one. Which I did. So guys always take two spares. Tom.
