I'd never used the Winchesters before Grouse. I was using standard CCIs mostly and was getting a dirty breech. So I adjusted the Omega's drop breech to close tightly on the CCIs and eliminated all blow back. I bought my first pack of Winchesters about a month ago and found I could not close the Omega's breech on them. But I found out they're a perfect fit for my Mustang.

VariFlame adapters with CCI 400 Small Rifle primers. I shoot an Omega and use T-7 3F.

I'm probably the oddball here, but I like the Fusion muzzle loader primers. It's not that they are any better than anything else, as I'm not sure they are. I had good luck with Winchester W209's that I used for a bit, but I decided just to try the Fusion primers since I liked their rifle ammo so much, and I had good luck with them, and have just stuck with them. I've never had a problem, or anything to complain about, but I didn't with the W209's either.
