Sabot Sizing

So I have a question if you have a bullet that lets say is .401 and the mmp sabot says .400 is their going to be a big problem loading?

Depends on the bore. Unless yours is really tight, a .401 is no problem. Ive used upto a .406 in a Harvester 45x40 Crushib sabot and a .401 in the MMP tan. The MMP/Hornady tan is about 2 thousandths larger loaded OD than a Harvester sabot.

NP at all, if its too tight in yours, try some Harvester SMOOTH blue sabots. They are very popular and seem to handle hotter loads better but i doubt you will get them hot enough to matter.

Your gun will let you know what it prefers.
