that is a really good deal. I don't need one, but have to admit.. I am tempted.

Does anyone on here have one of these? How are they? Back when they still had the one with the stainless steel barrel I almost ordered one, but I see they don't have any of those left now.

I want a new muzzle loader, but I told myself after having one with a blued barrel, that I wouldn't buy another one unless it had a stainless steel barrel.

I don't have a blued barrel but got one stainless and camo. I love both of mine.

Stop it guys!!!

I don't need another in-line. :s2:

They are built like a tank but the length of pull is a bit long. The trigger isnt as good as some Knights but they can be improved. There is a rumor Knight may offer a improved version in the future and some of the improvements (like the trigger group) might work in the original.

WOW down to $159 now..thats a deal even if you dont like it and resell it.

Well I am not looking at that page anymore. I have rifles in the corners standing and just don't need another rifle. Even if it is an excellent Knight Rifle in .50 caliber and has Semisane written on the side of it.

I sure would not let a blued barrel stop me if I wanted a good rifle. I would hunt that dog right now!!!

How about some load suggestions. Everything I've tried slides down the bore too easily and won't group at all.

I was a our Virginia Sportsman show a last week and the reps that were at the show said the same thing GM.

I have had mine for a few years and love mine:

the LOP is a little long, but you can see I used the offset rings to take up the distance. I shoot a Hornady FPB bullet with 100grs of BH209. I a actually thinking of buying this rifle as a spare. I am a member and it would only be $143. + S/H It is worth it.

What sabots and bullets are you using.. i would think in that knight you need a MMP-24 at least..Ray
