.260/.300 gr PT golds
#3
If the 260gr will handle 2300fps+ accurately, they should handle anything a sub gun can deliver. My NULA loved the 260s. They have been tack drivers for me over a wide fps range even in my 54cal.
They do run a tad smaller than most other 45cals though.

A great bullet!! I also ordered the 200 (40 cal), 260, and 300 grain to try. They ship them in a bag, so be careful when you take that out of their box. Mine was open and I had bullets all over inside that box. The 200 grain also come in the bag.

mine were in padded envelopes and then in baggies inside that. The baggie was torn open. When I lifted the baggie out, it spilled bullets all over the place. But there was no problem. I did not loose any bullets. And the funnel nose came in their own plastic boxes.

Normally with Bh209 i do start at 100 gr.everything i have read about them states 110 gr is the magic number with both the .260 and .300. but i will take your advice and start with 100 and work up.i never got the .300 gr deep curls to shoot the way i wanted and i am hoping the PT .300 willRay

Old timer i have seen some head to head tests with barnes and PT's and the PT's were more accurate. these bullets seem to be one of the most accurate M/L bullets one can buy at any price, especially the .300 gr version.
