What should I do?

I finally found a T/C Hawken Cougar. I just got it via FEDEX today. This rifle is a .45 cal and is unfired but no box.
I'm not known for being a "collector" and I have plenty of other sidelocks to shoot.
I'd like to get opinions on if I should keep it on the rack for show or shoot it like any other ML.

Choot it BRONKO!!!!

Virgin safe queens are a sad thing to behold. :s7:

If it's spotless I think I would keep it that way.
At least for a while anyway.
Then, if you really want to soot it you can always shoot it sometime down the road.
I just think it's a cool looking rifle and it would be neat to have one that's never been fired.
Do you want to sell it?

Pluckit - It's cherry. I think I will hang on to it a while and then either shoot it or possibly sell it. I will keep you in mind. So start saving up your pennies.

Last summer I bought a 50th Anniversary Ruger Blackhawk in .44mag...This gun had never been shot...

It dang sure has now!!! :)

Guns are made to be shot, again and again...

You have to ask yourself... do you want to make money on it down the road or enjoy it for what it will do. While the cougar is a nice rifle, it is a rifle. Were it mine, I'd shoot it. Still, only you know what the real future of the rifle is.

I have never bought I gun just to look at it. Guns are made to be shot plain and simple. If your not going to shoot it get rid of it. But thats just my opinion.
