X7 range day
 

Went to the range today,X7 peep site ,W209 primer, T7 pellets and some 300/350gr FPB's.
The 350gr FPB shot a closer group then the 300gr for some reason.I tried to up load pics but I get a error stating the file is to large.Any idea how I can post them to a smaller size picture?

Mind you I am better with guns them I am with my computer/

That X7 us a good shooter from all the reports I read.

As for the picture, download a photo organizer. Get one that will re size pictures, or use a site that when you download, you can change the size of the pictures. I like Picasa 3. It works well and is free.

I use photo bucket.
Mountain Devil 54 has a little video that will explain how to post a picture. Maybe you can get him to show it to you. I had one heck of a time posting pictures untill I saw his video. After that it was all plain and simple.

Looks like i deleted the video, but this may help.

To post Pictures, Simply use Photobucket, Upload your pictures and high light the IMG code on Photobucket as pictured below, Right click and hit COPY.

Simply come back to the forum and when you have typed up whatever you had on mind, just click in the box where you type, Right Click and hit Paste.

this is the picture I was asked to post. Very nice shooting there.

The four holes covered are the 300gr FPB and the uncovered one's are the 350gr FPB,all with the X7 peep site,two T7 pellets and W209 primer from 50 yards.

I think it is Semisane that still owns a X7 and I am not sure what he is shooting out of it, but those loads would sure do the trick...

I'm shooting 300 grain Speer Deep Curls. Here's a nice 50 yard target (with a 4X scope on the gun).

There are Two X7 here. One has the peep sight; the other a 4 power scope. The scoped rifle is used during the hills rifle season. The rifle with the peep sight is used during the muzzle loader season. They are real nice rifle.

My favorite bullet for these rifle is the 300g Deep Curl in a crush rib sabot. The powder of choice is 105g of BH 209. One of these rifle has a nice fit using W209 primer; the other has had the breech plug modified to utilize STS primer. These are very fine hunting rifle.

I can't find a target punched by these rifle laying around here.

I have handled an X7. They have a great feel to them, I was tempted to buy it!

I handled the Omega Dream Season at Bass Pro a few months back and it also feels great. It shouldered very well. I thought they had a shorter barrel then 26" as TC lists though.
