I think I OK

Looking at my ML collection I believe I am comfortably set for a while with a nice rounded set of MLs for my purposes. They include:
T/C Hawken 45 cal flinter
T/C Hawken 50 cal flinter (1:28)
T/C Hawken 50 cal flinter (GM LRH 21" bbl)
T/C Hawken 50 cal perc (Satinless hardware and SS GM LRH)
T/C Hawken 45 cal perc
Custom 1/2 stock with T/C hardware and 50 cal perc GM LRH
T/C Cherokee .32 cal perc.
Knight 50 cal inline.

Of course I do have my eye on a Pedersoli flinter at the local gun shop waiting to be release for sale.

Well, you're OK bronko, but not quite right. (Take that any way you want. :s2: )

I don't see any .54's on that list, and a .58. You gotta have a .58.

bronko22000 05-20-2011 03:35 PM

No thanks Semi. If I got a .58 then that would mean I would need big balls like you have.

Muley Hunter 05-20-2011 03:35 PM

The list looked good until I got to the Knight.

Semisane 05-20-2011 03:40 PM

All anybody really needs is one good gun.

Man, I'm so glad I'm not just anybody. :s4:

a1smokepole 05-20-2011 03:42 PM

I see only one knight in 50 cal what about 45 cal and 52 cal and not one of everykind made way stop there

bronko22000 05-20-2011 03:51 PM

Sorry gentlemen, only one inline. Its all I need. And that one hardly ever gets used.

flounder33 05-20-2011 03:56 PM

Do you shoot that Cherokee much? That would be a nice gun to plink with and to shoot some limb rats.

I thought that too flounder (about plinking) before I got my .32 Pedersoli. It's fun to shoot, but I find I like plinking with light loads in my .54 and .58 round ball shooters more. But the little balls are just right for small game.

50calty 05-20-2011 04:25 PM

Your missing one. A 54 cal. No gun collection complete without one.

bronko22000 05-20-2011 05:15 PM

Had one, a Renegade percussion. Sold it. IMO 50 cal is plenty.

arcticap 05-21-2011 12:18 AM

Do all of the TC flinters have the newer hammer design with the improved geometry?
Were any of them the older original style that were replaced by the newer ones?

bronko22000 05-21-2011 04:15 AM

These are all the old originals. One is from back in the late 70's

rafsob 05-21-2011 05:38 AM

You got me to thinking about my collection of front loaders:

.32 Traditions Squirrely gun perc.

.50 Great Plains Rifle, flinter

.50 Hawkins Carbine PRB gun perc.

.54 Hawkins Carbine Sabot gun perc.

.58 T/C Big Boar perc.

.58 Soli Zouave

12 ga. T/C New Englander

.50 New England Firearms In-line (this is my meat gun!)

.50 Knight Vision, In-Line

And last, but not least:
1858 Remmie, Uberti

Sorry if I may have gotten a little carried away, but I know you guys like eye candy!!! ;)
