During the 4th, we buy the cheap mortar fireworks and add them or any extra sub we have laying around. A little extra loose for the take off charge and a pellet or two (if we have any) in the payload ball. :D Need to use a PVC tube though, the ones they come with cant handle it for more than one shot.

And a little longer fuse :p

We had one close call using model rocket "engines" and never made another. The D sized ones would really move out. :eek2:

that was interesting the way it reacted. In all honesty, I expercted it would explode in a ball of fire. Does Pyrodex and all the others react the same way?
