I am not a #11 cap shooter but would changing the brand of caps maybe give you what your looking for?

I doubt it Omega. I use Remingtons, CCIs, and Winchesters (probably CCIs with a Winchester label) interchangeably in all of my sidelocks and have never noticed a change in accuracy.
