20-20

My Vision is 20-20 and ready to go to the range. The ballistic compensating reticle scope that was ordered in combination with the rifle finally got here today. Strange that it took almost a week longer to get here than the rifle. I was a little worried that the length of pull would not allow the scope to come back towards my eye far enough as sabotloader had stated he had a problem with, but with the scope all the way back in the rings it came out just right. It will have to wait in line to get to the range though.
Photobucket is doing some maintenance so no pictures, sorry.
It's a shame to have to put a hole in one of these beautiful creatures. Oh well, gotta stock the freezer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsjlMFsJ7aM

Which one did you get? A Nikon Omega BDC has about 5" of relief and might help with a long LOP. I just got a nice used one for a good price.

It came with the scope. It's probably a cheap one. I think it's from Sport Optics. It has a decent eye relief though. I couldn't find one for under $100.00 and this one came to about $50.00 with the rifle

The Cheap Simmons 4x32 Pro Diamond isnt bad either and ive found them for $40 quite often at shows or on clearance. They will take a heck of a beating for a cheap scope but mounting surface is limited depending on your ring placement.

Looking good Pluckit.

Well yeah, I guess it is. But it's an honor too. And it's really hard to put seasoning on them if you don't put a hole in them first.
