Got a yard of mattress ticking " thats what the store calls it" blue-white patch material, A yard for only $6! I can make a ton of patches from it and still smile the next time i go buy more.

Loaded up the GPR for some play tomorrow but noticed the round balls i made with the tc mold that came with the rifle, went down very easily, scary easy so i am not so sure about that. We'll find out in the morning though :cool2:

All is not lost, use those balls for a quick shot after the .530s get too hard to load down a fouled bore...You could also try with .020 patching or use two .010 patches...

I go from the .018 ticking to .015 after 2 shots from my .54...
