777 vs 777 magnum

What makes the difference between 777 and 777 magnum other than the 200 fps? Do the magnums weigh more? Do most use the standards or Magnums? Thoughts?

The standard are a 50 grains and the magnum are a 60 grain. This was done to let people push the edge just a little more. I can not swear to sales numbers, but I expect most shoot the standard pellets (for those that shoot pellets.).

I think the difference is the standard pellet is listed as 50 grains... but that is equivelent to 50 grains of BP or Pyro... the pellet itself will weigh about 36/38 grains...

On the other hand a Mag pellet is 60 grains and equivelent to 60 grains of loose T7 and about 15% more than 60 grains of BP or Pyro. So it ends up when you are shooting two mag pellets you are shooting the eqivelent of 120 grains of loose T7 or 150 grains of BP/Pyro.

I am not a pellet shooter but it seems to me that is what I read at one time.
