Homemade Black Powder

Not I. Never thought it would be worth the trouble.

i got a detailed recipe and have always wanted to try it out. The best thing to do if you do attempt it is to make it in SMALL quantities and wear protection.

The homemade powders I have seen were very poor quality. Also the danger factor in making it is really not worth the risk when you can purchase black powder in bulk for the price. Also if you decide to do such a thing, your insurance company and I am sure you local law enforcement would be very interested in your new hobby. What I am trying to say it... its just not worth the risk or bother.
