I am a T7 shooter also, and I am one of those that really likes it... worst part is I have a whole case of BH in the safe - still I use the T7....

The t17 patches are way to wet - I would bet they were your problem... When you run out of them - try those windex patches...

Another thought... Try looking for a box of Speer Gold Dot now called Deep Curls - .452/250 grain these are an awesome bullet + plus they are bonded so they will not come apart. Use the same sabot.
