For deer,stay away from those "Pointy Bullets" Been there, did not like the results.XTP,Gold Dot(Deep Curl),or my personal favorite-Nosler Partition.All will do the job as long as you do your part correctly.Just my opinion,but based on experience.Your results may vary.
