E-Lite LRH 52cal
 

I call it the E-Lite LRH 52 :barmy::barmy:

Elite Stock and ram rod with a "pointy bullet" jag on the end. Worked out great, the ramrod is flush IN muzzle without a load (for witness) and just shy of flush outside. I used the Durasight steel QR bases and rings but the scope is a little Simmons 4x32 ProDiamond for now. It should hold up to the recoil.









Its going to be another painful weekend but at least i got some good eye relief. :biggrin:

Have you tried both sabots in your 52 yet?

I got both and a good variety of bullets to try with some stout charges. One thing is for sure, i cant imagine blowing these sabots. They look tough and pretty consistent at .523-524 OD loaded.

very nice looking rifle and set up. Also I have a couple of them Simmon Pro Diamond scopes on rifles. They might not be expensive, but the eye relief is excellent, the glass is clear, and if they break.... they are even guaranteed.

Both sabots have been very good so far. I think sabotloader shot more of the marroon then i have.

I like them also for a cheap scope. They hold up far better than most cheap scopes. I also have a old NOS Simmons 2.5x20 that is even smaller but the cross hairs are just too thick IMO.

Still not bad for $9.99 on the clearance shelf at Grafs in St Charles. They also had the 4x32 ProDiamonds for $40 with 2 boxes of shotgun slugs. I got mine at a Gun Show for $40 each in the older blister packaging.

They both sure beat the heck out of the other cheapies. My CenterPoint 4x16x44 has held up really well though on the Accura 45.
