Prohunter Breach Plug Wrench

I am not too impressed w/the Prohunter Breach Plug Wrench. It is cumbersome and needs to be babied a bit. Any other fixes or solutions out there???

Thanks, Rob

Use you fingers, I have never used the wrench don't need it.

Wow, you must have pretty strong fingers if you can remove the Breech Plug w/o a wrench.

Doesnt it have the finger removable breech plug?

Does it have the socket looking style breech plug?

He's talking about the Pro Hunter not the Endeavor. The Endeavor is the one with the Quick release breech plug that you can remove by hand. The Pro Hunter had to use a tool but was still only a 90 degree turn to pull it out. Still don't think there is any way to remove it by hand. Not sure about any fixes for the tool.

I havent heard of any fixes for the breech plug wrench. I have a friend with a Pro Hunter, but I have never heard him complain about the wrench or breech plug.

Good luck and Merry Christmas.
