whats the best setup
 

i hunt with a cva wolf and right now i shoot 100 grain triple 7 pellets with either the 200 gr or 250 gr shockwaves and i do ok. what do you guys think is the best combo

The 50/40 bullets are very good for long range especally the Shock Wave and the Lehigh. Personally I believe the 250gr Gold Dot or as they have renamed it the Gold Curl is the best bullet for putting deer down on the spot under 150 yards. Normally in most guns I use 110 gr as it seems to me to be more accurate.
Do not exceed the manufacturers recommendation.

I just bought one myself,CVA Wolf. I'm shooting 2 50 grain Pyrodex pellets behind a 245 grain Powerbelt Areo Tip Bullet. Works great.
