Hard to beat a set up like that. Nice shooting. How do you like that Pine Ridge Scope?
|
Excellent Boomer. Can't ask for any more that that.

i love the scope, its alot clearer and brighter than my 3-9x40 simmons i have on my 308. the optics are multi coated so thats helps alot, the power adjustment ring is smooth as butter. thanks

Very nice results....... The Yukon and the Genesis are basically the same guns and I have no real complaints about my Genesis.
I was wondering whats different about those guns? |
Looking at his rifle picture, I don't have that large of a spur on the hammer which strikes the firing pin plate, and the barrel is shorter on the Yukon I believe. Other then they all the parts trade off.
Is that a stainless steel or nickel barrel on that Yukon? But then if it will shoot like that, who cares.. I watched a hunting show on TV a while back. There was a woman in a tree stand hunting black bear over a bait and she was shooting a Yukon or Genesis. She was shooting 100 grains of Pyrodex RS and I believe it was a Barnes bullet. She really knocked the snot out of that Black Bear with that set up. |
Very nice, can't complain about that.

its got the nickle barrel, its kinda nice no glare. i think traditions calls it nickle guard, i'm just happy that it shoots good. trigger is better than i expected, heard some rumers that yukon triggers were awfull. but this one is good not as smooth as my centerfire but not bad.
