Custom inline maker???

I am 7ft tall with a 7ft wingspan. I am looking to get an inline muzzleloader made becauase I can not find one that comes close to fitting correctly. I do a lot of archery hunting, and am basically looking for someone to make me a modern, straight shooting weapon that can help me put meat in the freezer if I do not tag out durring archery season. Any thoughts on good gun makers out there that might fit the bill would be appreciated. Thanks, Evan

The Knight Vision has a really long stock, you might want to check one of those out. Another option would be call T/C, they might make you a custom stock for the Triumph/Omega.

I have a gun with a stock that is too short, and by adding a slip on Sims recoil pad, it lengthens it probably 1-1/2" I realize that is not much, but is you find one that is close, it might help. Helps a lot with recoil too!

There are custom inline rifle makers but you're talking some large money. Another choice since you are a bow hunter is a custom made traditional rifle. There are a lot of good gun makers that could make a custom fit weapon. If they made you a long range roundball rifle in say a .54 or .58 caliber you'd still have a 125 yard rifle, shoot roundball, have the traditional aspect and kill deer just as dead. The other option is like Grouse said, get a Vision and then put a extender recoil pad on it to lengthen the stock even more. It would be a cheaper way to do it for simply filling a freezer. Welcome to the forum and the sport.

Contact Forbes at NULA. He also makes a custom MZ. And it is one of the best money can buy. He also makes the stocks. His rifle normally sells for $1300. But it is a real dandy. Probably one of the best money can buy. I am pretty sure he could help you out with the stock.

Do you know exactly what size stock you want?? Where are you located?? His shop is about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh, and he likes visitors. Call him then stop by and see him. If you are willing to spend that kind of money then he is probably your man.

He has a web site. Just do a search for "NULA". Tom.

Eschmeyer from the Nets/Mavs?

Anyways, you may consider a stock spacer system. Even custom stockmakers might not offer more than an extra 1.5" LOP.

Maybe find a custom stock maker to make a custom stock for the gun you want.

try useing a morgan ajustable pad...its mainly used on shotguns for trap shooting but between that and a thick but pad you will get a buch of lenth and not have to buy a new stock.

the CVA Accura has a 14 - 14.5" LOP stock on it. I forget the actual pull on it.

Probably jsut be best to go and handle as many as you can, find something that comes close and see what you can do about adding a little more room.

on our SKS we just used a 2x4, bolted it up and then shaped it to the stock.
