New Trigger

Got the new trigger from CVA today for my Hunterbolt!! What an amazing difference:woot: This one is about 2.5- 3lbs and no grit. It does have a good deal of over travel but i think that once i oil it and shoot it and break it in, things will get better. Its so nice though! No more worrying about straining a finger anymore :happy0157:

It should help the groups to!

its sad they make them so bad to start with.

its 10 years old so they werent known for the best triggers in those years. But hey, at least it now has a better trigger now than a $1,000 pro hunter! Im a happy camper.

Well i used Flitz polishing compound, doped up the internals that rub against each other and it helped. Its light weight but still a bit of creep. No biggy, as long as its light thats all i care about!

New trigger is mounted. Old trigger next on the right.

These 2 area's is where i am obviously getting the creep due to some rough area's.

If you have a tube of Tetra, I'd give it a good shot of it. I like that stuff for lubing contact areas.

Gander, my Endeavor has a nice crisp 2 pound trigger and only the very new top of the line CVA has decent triggers in them.
