TAGS are in my hand!!
 

Well,

My dad and I both pulled a double in NV this year.

We both have unit 061/071 cow elk ML tags (same tag I had last year and was successfull with a very large cow). September 16-30

We also both have ML deer tags for 061, 062, 064, 066-068, which is a tag we have never had before. Sept. 10-30

Last year during the elk hunt, we did see a good number of bucks, including a few mature ones!!

Getting fired up for this hunt.

We are both going to shoot the load I had last year, which was a 385 grain HDY Great Plains. I am going to stick with the Goex, and he is trying the Pyrodex Select, which he seems to like.

Now its just a matter of getting the repetitions down, so we are both doing the same thing with our shooting, loading, etc.

We are both shooting Traditions Pursuit guns that I bought about 2 years ago.

Last year was the first blood for mine, his is still a Virgin.

Looking to go scouting this weekend and check the area out for any changes over the winter!
