Chrono on a cloudy day?

is it ok to use a chronograph on a cloudy day? Our weather here has sucked lately and a sunny day is pretty rare this month. I wanted to test some APP-Round ball numbers.

They generally work just fine on a cloudy day. You can shoot without the skyscreens if there's no direct sun and the chrono isn't under trees.
