This whole thing... in my case is driven by the example set forth by one of our most distinquished writers on this forum...

Cayugad showed me the errors of my ways years ago when i had only one or two ML's and a bunch of centerfire guns. His discussions of 'what do i shoot today?' prompted me to move the direction that i have. Terry, my wife, fears the name Cayugad and the effects that it has on a lot of muzzleloader shooters

Yes, the "exalted one" strikes fear in many a woman's heart. You are quickly becoming his equal though.

I was at the range yesterday shooting my Knight Disc Elite. I'm conviced I could stuff a bolt down the barrel and my ELITE would still shoot MOA.

Nice find guys !

Now get out and shoot them and report back.

Still experimenting with my .45 Elite. So far the Barnes 195 MZ in Harvester smooth blue sabot over 90grs of BH209 is in the lead... with the 185gr Lehigh next.

I am shooting 110 grains of T7 and a Lehigh 40/200 grain from both of the 45 that i have and they both shoot it great....

The other bullet i am shooting that pretty much the same as the Lehigh is a Speer Gold Dot 40/180 Gold Dot - that little bullet is a hummer with 110 grains

I use mostly the MMP 40/45 Light tan sabot....

I wish i could find some Speer Gold Dots or even DeepCurls. My LGS got a few but most places are out of any 10mm 200gr HPs and almost no Speers with Uni-Cor construction. I did find a few 180gr XTPs and some GoldenSabers but they are a little pricey for casual use.

Harvester has some .401 200gr HPs but are they about $19 for 50.

I've been trying to fine another disc or master hunter or long range. If anyone fines one or wants to sell one drop me an e=mail, .45s first .50s second, thanks.
