And how long is Virtuous Cousin's virginety going to last, now that the weather is warming up and spring is in the air?

Wow - great service. When I got home a box was on my front porch. My lock - all new - except for the casting. The packing list stated all new internals installed and new hammer. Total turn around time - 10 days from the day I sent it out, including the weekend.

That's great Bronko. The Hawken is all locked up again. Your experience with TC is just about the same as I've gotten every time I went to them.

I'm going to send them a thank you email. I'm sure they get enough complaints and I always feel that they should also get a pat on the back when they do things right.
I feel the CS is great considering I bought this rifle used from God knows where and to send a part back and had it totally rebuilt free of charge.

Talking

Funny they were talking about customer service on the morning news one morning this week.
25 people had a product complaint, all 25 people were happy with the out come. They told 5 other people about the good service.

Another 25 people had a product complaint, none of them were happy with the service. They told 12 people how unhappy they were.
If you have a product complaint that isn't fixed you most likely will not shop that store or buy that product the rest of your life.
How ever if you are happy with a fix you will use that store for many years as well as the product.

These days with all the cutbacks on employees customer service has been taking a backseat. I am glad to here that TC's did you right.
