Default Lehigh...Knight Elite/ Extreme BH209 Breech plug.

The Knight Elite and Extreme plugs are done. I’m sending four out to be tested by other people for Lehigh. When they are done being tested they are ready to be sold. These plugs cannot use the old primer holder from Knight. The new plugs come with a primer holder, new plug, and a vent-liner.
I have used them all hunting season with excellent results. No more burning scopes with this plug. And no ignition problems with BH209 using Lehigh recommended primers. Federal 209A and CCIM. I have not had time yet, but I really think the new plug will work with most primers.

Very good. Have you heard any thing about Knight starting some things?

Will this plug be something like the one for the Knight Vision? I had some prolbems withthe primers I was using, Winchester 209s. I ended up using the CCI M and it works fine now. I am using the Hornaday FPB with 100 grs. of BH209 and all is well in hunt land!

So I assume these will work with a Knight Long range hunter as well? Seems like it uses the exact breechplug the extreme does.

The ears on the primer holder have been changed.

Lehigh rotated the position so any gasses making it back through the breech plug in the event of a catastrophic failure as from a plugged barrel would be vented down instead of at the shooters eye. This is unlikely to occur, but it does improve the safety.
