45 cal or 50 cal - Come on guys give me some input

I've been looking around at getting another ML. They're a great time what can I say. Well, now I'm kinda caught in between a rock and a hard place because I can't make a decision. Here are the 2 rifles I'm looking at.
1. CVA Kodiak 45 cal
2. Knight Wolverine 50 cal
I can see where both would be good. 45 may offer a little more range and knight is just a beast of a gun. The 45 is used and knight is going out of business so I'm not thinking about warranty.

What I would like is some good input on pros and cons of both. Basically, I'm trying to decide if I should buy the 45 this week and put the knight on lay away or just buy the knight and not worry about the other. And how do models compare in dependability, easy of use, etc.
Thanks guys and I'll probably end up buying both but ya never know.

Keep in mind that I already have the CVA Wolf in 50 cal.

If I were faced with the same problem, it would be the .50 caliber. Even though Knight is out of business, there customer service department is not. Also there really is not a issue of distance or flatter shooting. Sure the .45 can shoot flatter, but loaded properly with some of the new bullets out there, a .50 caliber can do anything the .45 can. I have three .45 caliber and not one of them impress me that much into taking a different caliber over them.

Before you decide, please read these two posts first:

Since you already own a 50cal i would buy a Knight45 for sure if it's for Deer only.

I'd jump on the Wolverine in a heartbeat - that gun will be a shooter right out of the box. Anything you can do with the .45, you can do with the .50 - only with a bigger bullet. :)
And with the right load, the Knight should outshoot the Wolf noticeably.

Yeah.. I decided to buy the wolverine and make it my main deer gun for indiana. Not sure what I'm gonna do as far as a load yet. I've had tremendous success using 245 gr. tc cheap shots w/ 85 grains of powder and the 350 gr Maxi ball conicals with 110 gr loose powder. The majority of my shots will be at around 40-60 yards in pretty thick stuff. So I'm thinking the heavier bullet may be the way to go. I've got a Nikon Prostaff 4x scope that I had on a 22. I'm gonna put that on it and yeah pretty much good stuff. I figure I'll set both the wolverine and the wolf up and keep the wolf as my spare.

Unless you are shooting longer range with the .357 or .40cal bullets, the .45 is going to gain you nothing and cost you versatility.

Feed that Wolverine a 300gr sabot like an XTP or SST over 80gr of 777 (90gr of Pyro) and you'll knock the fire out of anything within 100yds with tremendous accuracy.
