Knight Rolling Block
Bye Bye Cabela's Bucks. Just couldn't resist the temptation and I ordered the Knight Rolling Block. Got it for $74.00. Yes, that's two Knights in two weeks. Got a Disc Extreme last week. Both will cozy up to my Knight Disc Elite. But boy, that Long Range Hunter Knight sure looks good, stop, stop, stop :bash:

You really ought to check out the Vision, I heard Sportsmans Guide had them Cheap. Lee

plus the vision is blowback FREE....karl

Great buy on the KRB. Mine shoots a 300gr XTP in a black Crushed Rib sabot, 90gr of Pyrodex RS, and a Winchester W209 primer the best. I have had too much of a oppourtunity to shoot it a whole lot but that does the best so far.

DITTO on that. The Vision is an Awesome Muzzleloader in my opinion. I would take it over an Encore for sure.

Ah man Grouse, don't tempt me. Those are pretty high marks you're giving the Vision. I've never shot one, but some of the reveiws seem favorable. However, Randy Wakeman gave it an average grade. I'm not saying that's the gospel, but those were his impressions of it. http://www.chuckhawks.com/knight_vis...zzleloader.htm I will say that I love the camo design. Very good price still yet. Should have jumped on it when you dudes were getting it for $179.00.

Just curious, but why are the Vision ML's from Sportsman's Guide seem to malfunction? I realize that it's not all of them from SG but did they get a bad shipment at one time or what? Has anyone ordered a new Vision from them recently and if so, does it function fine? Thanks.

I got my Vision from Sportsman Guide back in May haven't had in problems with it yet shot 40 or 50 rounds through it.

hope you Knight guy's don't develope problems or need warranty work since Knight closed up shop. i've always liked their muzzle loaders but wasn't impressed with their knock off Encores...the KP1's or whatever they came out with.

I bought a vision from SG as a retirement,it handled and shot very good.so nice i bought one for myself, not a problem with either one.i think calling the KP1 a knock off of an encore is the same as calling the encore a knock off of a h&r huntsman...karl

The Sportsman's Guide lists the Vision as having a 14.5 inch length of pull.
That's pretty long for "some" of us like me! :arms: |
