The words "not need' and "another rifle" should never be placed together in the same sentence. They have absolutely nothing to do with each other. That's something only a rational person (or a wife) might say. Now, do your penance.

I do not need another rifle is a meaningless statement. Rifles are seldome acquired on the basis of need.
