Oh Lord, another gadget

Not really necessary but I thought this may be pretty cool to pass on to you guys. My daughter is getting married in August so the wife is gathering up all this 'stuff' for the reception. As we are looking though the wedding stuff at Walmart, I spied these little LED lights the you are supposed to put in balloons to illuminate them.
Then I got to thinking - I shot a lot of deer the last 15 mins of shooting light with the bow and had to track in the dark with a flashlight and when the trial was sparse, I would put pieces of toilet paper by the blood for a directional guide. Then if I was having trouble finding any more blood I would shine the light back and get a general direction. Now if I put these lights down near the blood, it would show up a lot easier. You get 12 in a pack so I gave 1/2 to my buddy and I kept half. And they have a little hole in the back so you can tie a piece of string to it to hang it on a branch.

Now thats funny, I dont care who you are. If you dont laugh at that you need to get on outa here! Its also a good idea. I have a hunting buddy that keeps getting lost on his way back to camp, or to his stand or to the car.........cuz the critters keep eating his bread crumb trail. He may find this usefull. :D

Hey - you know what, this do turn on by twisting them and there is a wide rubber ring around them I guess to avoid accidental turning. And it looks like it is about 50 cal. Maybe with a bit of cushioning behind it, it just may work as a tracer.
