Knight Black Powder is done. Closing up. What a shame. They were at one time the #1 black powder company and now there gone. Sad isn't it.

sad because KNIGHT rifles will be gone ,not realy ,i never had one , but have shot them on the range and they are a pain in the ass to clean . too many parts and also way too heavy for hunting.[LRH707F Long Range Hunter .50, SS Forest Green] . there are much better MLers out there now . T/C TRIUMPH .

Has anyone heard if they just gave up or sold to another company? Heck if the government is throwing money away maybe I can get a "business loan" and keep it going.:D:D

It is sad to see them go. I met Tony Knight In 1983 (I think) at the fall hunting sale in Springfield MO Bass Pro shop. He had just started his company about that time and was displaying his model MK93. He was a really nice man and though I didnt buy one at that time, a buddy of mine did. At one time Knight about owned the muzzleloader market.

The sad thing about Knight closing down is that they had the best rifle in the business, their problem was marketing...
