Flounder, glad to hear your balls are about the same size and weight. But wait until you get as much age on them as we have. Not only are they a different weight - I think I even have 2 different calibers now............[X(]

I have not done that flounder.I used to cut1.25" round patches. About a year ago I started cutting them1.25 x 1.25" square and use them in both of my .54s and a .58.I do like the convenience of pre-cut patches and really have no difficulty centering the ball on them so long as I'm a little careful.

Just for the heck of it, I overlaid each of thetargets on a clean target and marked the center of thebullet holes. Here's the composit with all twenty-five shots.

Now, if I could just do that at 100 yards. :D
