I know what you are feeling. I bought walley world out of them when they put them on clearence. I had a hell of a time loading them. almost impossible without a hammer strike to start. So I will stick with shockwave types alot easier on my palm. good luck selling them they shoot real well so if anyone has a trick to load they are a great bullet

They are sold. Yes, they are hard to load...couldn't hardly get em' started in my genesis. I am thinking those with the qla system on tc might have an easier time...but at any rate, they are sold. thanks guys!

I have a genesis too. Mine has QLA, doesn't yours?

Anyway, I struggled a bit at first trying to finess them at the start. No go. Now I just center them as bestI can and give them a strong whack with a starter. Works every time.

Here's a thought. If you can get your hands on a piece of delrin (or similar plastic) say 1.5" thick or so, you cold have a hole bored that matches your bore size (not under, but matching). You could then size your bullets by pushing them through head first. It is the skirt that is oversized, not the entire bullet. Then they should load much easier.

Another thought I had was, remove the breech plug and push your whole lot of bullets throughfrom the breechout themuzzle onto a soft pad (one at a time). They will then be sized to your gun, and will load easily. I have pushed out loads rather than firing, and re-used the bullets. They load very easily.

I really like FPBs, as they shoot well in my gun, load very easily once started (even after a shot or two without swabbing), and perform the way I like on game - always a passthrough. I'd recommend guys try pre-sizing before giving up on them.

Nope mine doesn't have QLA. Good tips, but I think I will try something different...I really want to try the Barnes Spitzfire Hp...see how those work. I still have two packs of Powerbelt 245gr hp copper series to use up though.
