I have no good information or experiance myself when it comes to pellets - but I think I would go with the 'white hots' less fake stuff in them.

also I would suggest if you can and you feel comfortable doing so - go with loose powder.

If your gun can shoot BH and you can afford to shoot it - probably best to go that way - again less maintenance involved.

I still continue to shoot T7 because of the cost benefit thing...
