T/C Camo
 

Iheard that the camo on the stock of the T/C muzzleloaders comes off is that true? if so how easily and is it worth the extra dough?

anybody know about this, don't want to waste my money if will just come off really easily, or at all for that matter.

I don't know if it does.. I hear it does. I personally do not think it is worth the extra money. I never saw the need for full camo. I have a Knight with a camo stock and while it is sharp looking, I don't feel it is any advantage hunting.

I dont thiink its worth the money either.

I have looked at the stocks... and I am really not sure how it would come off a stock... but I guess anything is possible.

I have a Triumph in camo and mine is fine. I haven't tried to give it any special care . It looks the same now as when i got it last year. No fading,flaking or peeling. And now that i have said that i hope it doesn't do that tomorrow:D. But everyone is right about not needing camo. I bought the camo cause I liked the looks not because it is of any benefit in hunting. I just happen to like camo. I Have 3 camo muzzle loaders, A Buckmaster Genesis, the Triumph and a CVA Kodiak pro.

Got a CVA Kodiak Pro and where you put your hand on the forearm it has started to wear off, nothing last forever except mabey laminated.As stated, I bought mine for the looks, no need for the camo and extra money, by the time the deer hears the shot he has no time to admire your ML, it's too late!

I havent noticed any problems on the encore. I like to get camo on my guns, so the wife cant see them in the closet withall the camo hanging in there !!:eek:otherwise she might ask where that one came from................
