Well just got home from the range and my Triumph loves the 200gr. Shockwaves. One problem is they are a bear to load, could not believe how tight they are. Are there any other sabots that you can recommend to help out with this issue. I was using the supplied blue sabots by the way.

Thanks,
Z

Call Harvester and ask for their new 50/40 crushed rib sabots. Should solve your loading difficulties. direct fromHarvester at 800.922.6287.
They come in a 50 pack at $7.99 + shipping.[/align]

When you get to Harvester ask for Alan Hensley - let him know what is going on. He is really a good guy to deal with.

I thought you were an MMP guy? When did you switch, in what gun(s)?

I am - I didn't - no certain gun - but i have to have some so I can say i know something about them... Actually they use to make all of Noslers sabots untill MMP got the contract so i was using them back then.

And I do shoot them now and then when I am just experimenting...

Once I get them started they go down fine. Just the first couple of inches are tough.

Well, wanted to wish all MI hunters good luck this morning. Our MZ season opens in southern lower MI this morning. New Triumph is ready and hope to see a nice size doe or buck to harvest. Good luck everyone and be safe.

They do make a Crush Rib blue 50/40 sabot now for those who need or prefer them. J. Ron CO. has them. Lee

Z rider, Good luck to you as well. I wimped out this morning. Ive got a stand set about 3/4 mile back on state land. I was planning on being there. this morning, but yesterday I wrenched my back. Think I pulled a muscle or something. Got to thinking If I shoot one Im not gunna be able to get it out. So I ended up going out behind the house, figured If I got one I could drive the tractor back. Didnt see anything. But it sure was a beutifull morning.
Good luck
