Also just thought of this. How do u go about cleaning you Encore. Do you run a patch down the barrel after each shot or after a few shots? Just any useful info about the Encore would be very much appreciated:)

I have the t/c 50 omega what works best for me is to swab between shots with t/c # 13 just barely damp this takes care of crud ring that makes reloading very difficult

RE: T/C Encore

My Encore really likes the following load:
Winchester 209 primers
3 pyrodex 50/50 pellets
220 gr. " Dead Center" bullet manufactured by Precision Rifle Bullet

This load consistently groups 1 m.o.a. or better with 5 shots.
I run a pre-moistened cleaning patch(made by T/C) through the barrel after every 5 shot string.
What more can I ask for from this rifle/load?

RE: T/C Encore

I use two 50 gr pyro with a 145gr remington soft tip and it works great for me. Try different loads and powder charges each gun shoots different and you need to find the load that works best in your gun. Mine shoots better after a shot or two to get a little fouling in the barrel I clean after abvout ten shoots. Practice Practice Practice and be SAFE;););)
