Browning My Zouave Barrel, Suggestions!
 

I picked up a bottle of Birchwood Casey Browning. I noticed that the instruction are a little vague. I understan the preparations of the barrel, but is there anything special I should do when applying the stuff?

It talks about splattering??? What do they mean by that? I never did this kind of work before and I am little confused. A little help would be very appreciated. Thankd guys.
