It has a lot of reallygreat spec.'s. The oddestone isthatLeupold is rounding off 3.3-8.5Xand calling it3-9X.
.5of 1 power isrounding offmagnificationtothe maximum allowed.
Not that it matters, but it'sstretchingthe 9X definitiona little more than most scope companies.
Idon't suppose there's a reason why they'renot labeling it as a3-8X scope?;)
