RE: TWO new rifles in one day
REgarding the QLA (***** addapted loader), ask yourself, how many target rifles do you see using a QLA????? A lot depends on how well the QLA is cut, if it is not centered, some times they are not, the gun just can't shoot well, would be like trying to get accuracy with a damaged muzzel crown. I know of several people that had accuracy problems with T/c's and they cut the QLA off and had imeadeatimprovement.

ORIGINAL: TNHagies Man that stock on that Omega is PURRRDY! I think I'd leave the Omega as is and shoot sabots out of it for "rifle" season and then use one of your sidelocks for ML season. Just a thought. |

RE: TWO new rifles in one day
That Apex is all the muzzle loader you will ever need!:D Of course if you are like me, you'll sell them all and buy something new and then do it all over again.

Congrats on the new rifles FG.
Man,allot goes on here when I go to work. |
RE: TWO new rifles in one day
Congrats FG - 2 nice looking rifles there. I really like that big bore. Hope it shoots good for you. And I'm with the rest of the crew thinking that you may want to try that Omega with the QLA intact first. I don't think there would be a difference without it.
