I was looking though my cheaper then dirt catalog and saw this things. First thought, cool. until I saw the price.

a 2 liter soda bottle works fine for me. pretty much free and I can get them all over the place. for less then $2

you want some fun targets.. get some ballons. You can fill them with air or water if you like and tie them out at all different distances. You can also adjust the size of the ballon to make a greater challenge. We used to dowoods walk shoots with them and believe me, they are not as easy to hit as you might think.

I could image that ballons could hard to hit. the slight breezewould make them moving targets.

When my kids were growing up and learning to shoot with .22 rimfires, I used a skill saw to put a groove in the top of a six foot long saw-horse made of 2 x 4's. We would stand upcharcoal briquettes in the grove and bang away. They loved that type of shooting.
