OK Guy's, I got 12 respones about my shoulder, and everyone was on a positive note--Get er done now, So my surgerery date is May 15th 2008,wish me well and thanks for your opinions.

Good luck and fast recovery to you.

I also think you made the right choice. Its better to get it done now rather than waiting and letting it drag out and possibly get worse and slow down your recovery time.

Luck to `ya DCH. You might ask the doc if he can implant a good quality recoil pad under the skin while he's at it.
