tc hot shot nipples
 

I been using the tc hot shot nipples with my usak, had them on hand when I got my new englander. just read on another sight about problems with them. I am going to order some spit fires here in a couple of weeks.

Has anyone had problems with those nipples?

Spitfire, hot shot, Uncle Mike's, they are all the same thing basically. As for problems with a Hot Shot Nipple, they are all that I use and I have never had any problems with them. In fact as soon as a rifle comes into my house, if it does not have a Hot Shot nipple it does so immediately..

Never had an issue with the spitfires. I like the Hollow base in them. Very good nipples.

something that I read, never had an problem out of my knight, other then having to pull an used off with my nail.

hollow base, how ya do that?

just go to the cabelas website and they'll show the spitfire. 2 different styles, One of them being the Hollow Based Spitfire.

sorry confussed just went 15 mins for nothing. they said they called and said I did not need to come for an interview. they where on a hiring freeze. :eek:

last time I check cabelas they where on back order. I have seen (forgot who puts it out) in hollow based musket that they call a magnum musket nipple.
