Default Well, I did some load testing....

I finished full floating my barrel as frontier gander had suggested and today I was able to do some testing. I spent 3 hours shooting, testing 7 differant bullet/powder loads. All were done at 25 yards with open sights, and after 3 hours, my shoulder had enough, here are the results.
first one here is the maxi ball, 370grns, & 80grn Pyrodex RS

Last one, and the last grouping of the day.
Power belt295grns/100grns of Pyrodex pellets, done with first shot with a clean barrel, and the last two dirty.

All shots done today I did with a clean bore, and allowed time for the barrel to cool, except for the last target. All POA was at the 6 oclock on the bullseye. The sabots, Hornaday SST, Barnes SBT, and the TC XTP'S all were very hard to push down the barrel. Is this common with the sabot's? The lead conicals, maxiball, and the maxihunter went down the barrel with ease, as with the power belts. Just was wondering if that's normal on the sabot's.
