I make that kind of smoke now and again but It's like candy or potato chips. When it's gone you know to stop eating.:D

Makes me think of my poor old smoker that hasn't been used in a few years.......

I like to break it up, scramble an egg or two, mix in the fish and cook it (not too dry).Man, I'M GETTING HUNGRY.
