Knight trigger adjustment

Was wondering what you guys thought would be the lowest i could adjust my trigger on the long range hunter and still be safe. Ive read about people adjusting triggers to low on ML and getting slam fires ?? Thanks

I have mine set at 2 1/2 lbs. I called Knight and thats what they recomended.
