RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
Congrats on your new Knight, It looks great! Try 110 grains of 777 and a 300 grain Nosler PP in a HPH 12, or 24 sabot. That load sould be bad news on those bears...;)

RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
ORIGINAL: eatsleephunt My new Knight Disc Extreme. Leupold 4.5 - 14 x 40 (30mm main tube) QD Warne High rings Weaver steel bases All cleaned up, 2lb trigger, ready to go. Just have to freefloat barrel. Now, if the 6 ft of snow around here would melt, I'd get out and tune it |
RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
Looks very nice. I bought the same gun about a month ago. I ended up switching to the medium QR rings with my 9X40 Nikon Prostaff. The bell on my scope is just behind the sights so I can just barely get the cover on.
I only shot mine once so far. It went pretty well although I had a hard time holding it steady in the cold. I used 105 grains of 2f 777 and shot some 260 grain knight bullets. I am confident the gun will shoot better than me. Art |

Very nice looking muzzy.

RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
Looks like the same model I just got for $240. I did put a 3-9x40 on it instead of the 2-7x32 that's on my Revo II. Do most of my killing at/after sundown. Did notice that with the bigger/longer scope that there isn't clearance for my flip open scope caps. Might remove the slider part of the rear sight if I want to put caps on this scope.
I like the fluted barrel very much rather than without. Rifle seems about a pound lighter compaired to the Revo II. |

How do you like the REV. 2 Thinking about getting me one ? Ron |
RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
Mine worked fine this season-3 deer taken. The laminate stock version is kind of heavy. But heavy guns don't kick. Shoots great. I just picked up an Extreme model new for $240. I like the handling of it better than the Revo II. Think the Extreme mounts better.

RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
rdpettit,
I used Warne, high QD rings (they are only 3/16" higher than standards), and slid the rear site down the ramp as far as it would go and the cap fit fine. |
RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
I wish they still made the disc elite.

RE: Well, here it is folks!!!
I don't own one, but that looks like what I would have in mind if I decided to get one, very nice!
