Need some advice or tips on how you KRB7 shooters are cleaning your trigger grps. Also,on a 1-10,10 being worst/most,how much blow back are you experienceing. And while I'm at it,what primer have you t7ffg shooters settled on.And finally, anybody popping vari-flames through them. hunt4me

I use brake cleaner to blow it out. Any small crevasses I hit with an old tooth brush. It really justtakes a few minutes to clean. I let it dry then spray it with rem oil. Blow back into theaction assemblyisn't too bad, around a 5 maybe a little less. No more or less than what I was getting with my CVA optima. As far as primers, I've used 777 primers and standard winchester primer with good results.

Win. T7 primers is all I have used and will continu to use . Blow back not bad at all 4-5 but it is easy to clean.

Thanks guys.I feel like I'm getting an 8 or 9 on the blow back issue.A lot in the primer loadingassembly area. And about the same on the hammer face.I'm sealing breech plug w/pink plumbers tape and snugging up nice andtight.Awhole heck of a lot more than my Omegas.Any ideas of the reason and or afix. hunt4me

Same here with the brake cleaner and toothbrush. Gets everything out and cleans what little blowback you get.
Don't use T7, so my primer choice is of little consequence to this conversation. But, right now, with Pyro RS, I'm using the REM Cleanbores. No problems so far.

I've been dropping mine in a pan of boiling hot water while I clean the bore. When I pull it out of the water, it's pretty clean. It's dry a minute later. I do fine cleanup around the primer loading apparatuswith a toothbrush and a little solvent. Apply a little oil at the pivots and I'm done. I'm using standard Win. 209 primers.
